I can’t express how amazing this company is. We used them for our HVAC and now a new water heater. Hector S installed our new water heater and I can’t express how thankful we are to him. He came even though they we’re going to reschedule us(I assume because of time) because he saw the note that we had some flooding from a leaking water heater. Hector was so kind even to my young kids who kept talking to him. The water heater works perfectly and he explained everything to my understanding. I highly recommend this company and Hector S for anyone who is looking for hvac or plumbing repairs. We can’t thank this company enough for all the help they have given us this past year. 5 Star is awesome in every aspect - professionalism, knowledge, relevant experience, customer service, and value. Our project was complex and inherently challenging. Our electrician (Ron H) approached the project in a manner that indicated he knew exactly how to successfully complete the work in a timely manner. Ron gave us confidence in his workmanship. The end result is more than we expected.

5 Star may be a tad more expensive than small electrical contractors. In our experience the higher cost is justified by the prompt service, professionalism, and quality of work.

Entire experience has been great. The salesman Jay came out the same day I called about a quote. He was honest, professional and upfront about our need to reduct our house. The installation team was out the next morning to install, which really surprised me with how fast they moved. Heath W. and Dillon S. we’re great. They worked fast/clean and had my AC back on in a few hours. As they were working on our house a manager came out and introduced himself I believe his name was Lee; he came out to ensure everything we needed was provided and taken care of. They also went above and beyond by taking pictures of the duct work/issues underneath the house for me to provide for my insurance claim. Really impressed with the entire company and would highly recommend.
